Late night anxiety: my LEAST favorite thing about my anxiety struggles. Nighttime is when a majority of my anxiety attacks occur, so I have had a lot of practice with dealing with late night anxiety attacks. It’s a constant struggle for me, so I wanted to share some tips with you guys, with the hope that this can help you handle your late night anxiety if you go through it.
If there is one thing I understand, it is anxious nights and the feeling like nothing is going right. And I also understand, how when you’re feeling anxious, or dealing with an anxiety attack, the last thing you want is something healthy.
And sometimes, THAT IS OKAY!
