Working out can get boring real quick if you don’t spice up your routine.
A lot of the times, I walk around the same places, do the same things at the gym, and by doing that, it’s hard for me to sometimes find the motivation to get moving.
So today’s #FitnessFunFriday Tip is to go on an adventure.
Today, I tried something new. I walked around a nature trail in my town. It took me about 40 minutes, and wasn’t any more walking than I normally did, but I was in a new place, so that made the workout more fun.
So if you’re in a slump, or sick of always doing the exact same workouts every week, then go on an adventure. Go on a hike, or walk down a new street. If you’re a gym rat, try a new machine or weight. Spice up your life and just have fun!
Fitness is all about having fun. I mean, it’s also about being healthy, but if you’re not enjoying yourself, than why do it in the first place??
