Let’s Go For A Walk


Hello and Happy Friday! We did it guys, we made it to the end of the week! And even with those nasty anxious thoughts and fears, we still made it, which is something we should be very proud of!

Today I’m back with another #FitnessFunFriday post! Today I’m going to talk about one of my favorite fitness activities, WALKING!

Walking is great. You can go as slow or as fast as you want. You can travel all around or just walk in the house. Wherever you’re walking, it’s just fun. IMG_7752

One of my favorite things to do, is walk while listening to some music. If I’m having a massive anxiety filled day, I usually walk around the house, while having my tunes in my headphones, that way I’m still shutting some of the world out, while staying somewhere I am safe. Other days, I go for a walk outside. When I’m outside, I either have my music or I go for a walk with my mom or little brother. It’s great because those are two people I can confide my anxious feelings with, so I can talk my fears or worries away.

So my #FitnessFunFriday tip for you this week, is to go on a walk. It’s easy, healthy and most importantly, relaxing. So whether you go for a walk on your own, or with someone you trust, put one foot in front of the other and just breathe.
