Today starts another new series on my blog, called #AnxietyTipThursday! Each week, I’ll share a tip that helps me calm my anxiety when I’m in the middle of a bad attack or just down on life.
Today’s Tip: Jam Out to the Best Music!
My favorite music to listen to when I’m anxious is anything and everything Disney! Not only does it put a smile on my face, but usually I end up dancing like nobodies watching in no time.
So find the music that makes you happy. Maybe it’s Disney, maybe it’s something else. Whatever it is, plug in your headphones, block out the world& just listen. Listen to anything and everything you can think of and before you know it, you’ll be singing along instead of overthinking.
