Hello and happy Wednesday! Just think, you’re halfway through the week! Keep going, you’ve got this!

Today’s post focuses on #WorkoutWednesday ! If you’re anything like me, working out in front of other people makes you super anxious.

So today, my #WorkoutWednesday features a quick, easy workout than you can do in the privacy of your own home!

The workout takes about 15 minutes, so you’ll have plenty of time to have fun exercising before or after a long day. IMG_7217

WORKOUT: 15 MINUTES

  • 12 Lunges
  • 12 Twisting Lunges

Then repeat the below exercise circuit 3 times

  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 5 Push-Ups
  • 5 Squats
  • 5 Dips
  • 5 Leg Raises
  • 5 Burpees

I have been doing this quick workout for about 6 months and I still break a sweat every time!
